There are a number of adminstrative tasks that must be completed before you can be seen by the pediatrician, so we ask for your patience at the initial visit. In order to expedite the enrollment process, you may complete some of the paperwork prior to arrival. We would also ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, and please bring a current copy of your insurance card for verification.
